What this website collects
When you send feedback, this website collects the selected feedback category, your message, and an email address only if you choose to provide one. Your email is optional and is used only if follow-up about your feedback is useful.
Abuse prevention
The feedback endpoint uses minimal request metadata to prevent spam and excessive submissions. A requester key is cryptographically hashed with a server-only secret before rate-limit data is stored; raw IP addresses are not stored in the website feedback tables. If Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, Cloudflare processes the verification required to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
Website administration
Administrator identities, authentication sessions, and time-based one-time-password factors are managed through Supabase Auth. Website administrators can review feedback and maintain public download destinations. Website administration is separate from KyuPlay Desktop venue records and KyuPlay licensing systems.
Storage and access
Feedback and website configuration are stored in the website's Supabase project. Row-level security and explicit administrator authorization restrict access. Public visitors cannot list feedback submissions.
No advertising sale
KyuPlay does not sell feedback or optional contact information. This website does not install advertising trackers.
